These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IRAVIX website, mobile applications, and related services.

By using IRAVIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

IRAVIX is owned and operated by Rapide Development Group.

In these Terms, "IRAVIX", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Rapide Development Group and its authorized service operations for the IRAVIX platform.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use IRAVIX.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents affecting your account.

IRAVIX provides digital tools for property listings, bookings, scheduled visits, messaging, service posts, and marketplace interactions.

IRAVIX is generally an intermediary technology platform and does not automatically become a direct party to every transaction between users unless explicitly stated.

Users remain responsible for their own legal and contractual obligations in transactions and communications.

Guests, owners, agents, service providers, buyers, and sellers must use the platform lawfully and in good faith.

You must only publish truthful, lawful, and non-misleading content, including listing details, pricing, status, and availability.

You must not impersonate others, submit fraudulent data, or misuse identity and verification materials.

You are responsible for complying with local regulations, tax obligations, permits, and licensing requirements relevant to your activity.

You may not use IRAVIX for unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct.

You may not post or transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with platform operations.

You may not harvest personal data, spam users, or use automated scraping/bot behavior without explicit written authorization.

You may not bypass moderation decisions, payment controls, identity checks, or security safeguards.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant IRAVIX a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute that content for platform operations.

IRAVIX may review, flag, suspend, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or trust and safety requirements.

We may enforce ranking, visibility, quality, or policy controls to protect users and platform integrity.

Transaction terms (including price, timing, item condition, service scope, and specific obligations) are primarily determined by participating users unless we explicitly define mandatory terms.

Users must honor confirmed commitments, communicate accurately, and use in-app records where possible to support transparency.

IRAVIX may apply process controls for cancellations, refunds, disputes, and enforcement according to platform policy and applicable law.

Certain features may include fees, commissions, or paid services. Where applicable, pricing and charge basis are disclosed in-app or at checkout.

You authorize applicable charges when you confirm paid actions.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and transaction costs unless otherwise specified.

Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may lead to temporary restrictions or account action.

IRAVIX may require identity verification, KYC documents, or additional information to reduce fraud, satisfy compliance, and protect users.

You agree to provide valid documents and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

We may limit account functionality or suspend access where verification is incomplete, inconsistent, or reasonably suspicious.

Your use of IRAVIX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and shared.

By using IRAVIX, you acknowledge that your data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

IRAVIX trademarks, logos, software, interface elements, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as explicitly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from protected platform assets.

IRAVIX may integrate or link to third-party services (for example payments, notifications, maps, hosting, or analytics).

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

IRAVIX may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a Terms violation, legal risk, fraud risk, safety issue, or operational abuse.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure, subject to legal and operational retention needs.

Termination does not automatically remove obligations accrued before termination (including payment or legal obligations).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRAVIX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee outcomes of user-to-user transactions, third-party conduct, or complete absence of misuse despite safeguards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapide Development Group and IRAVIX affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid to IRAVIX for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rapide Development Group, IRAVIX, and related personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your unlawful conduct, Terms violations, or misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws designated by Rapide Development Group operations, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws where you reside.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support with sufficient details of the dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable legal rights under mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, operational, security, or product changes.

Material changes may be communicated by in-app notice, email, or website publication.

Your continued use after effective updates constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
